Established by Sigurd and Christine Haveland in 1993, the shop initially opened in the ICC before moving a year later to Engineer Lane. Over the years, we have worked with various product ranges and suppliers, becoming sole agents for the Reflex brand of sports nutrition and supplements, and Solgar Vitamin and Herb supplements.

In May 2015, we moved to larger premises next door at 54/56 Engineer Lane, giving us more space for stock display, and an additional, comfortable consultation room for our visiting consultants.
